RFA (Ready for Anything) is a core strength and conditioning program. Designed with the everyday person to the well-trained athelete in mind. RFA Training is not a specific training program, but a program that puts strong emphasis on the use of the full body, multi-joint movements, rather than just body parts. RFA (Ready for Anything) is a core strength and conditioning program. We have developed a program that utilizes most fitness skills. Those skills include respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, dynamic flexibility, power, speed, coordiation, agility balance and accuracy. With the use of kettlebells, stability balls, TRX suspension traners, Bosu balls, gymnastic rings, barbells, bands, medicine balls, ergometers, indoor cycling and a myriad of other modalities. Boredom is not a part of our program!
