I just bought a new television set the other day. This time round i bought Panasonic television because i trust their products. They are among the best companies that have good quality products. Well after i took it home, i just found out that it had the sound and picture problems. When i switch it on , it would show a blank screen without any sound. Well i did not waste any time but i made a call to where i had bought it so that i can get panasonic help cause i still had a warranty. They sent me a technician who came to check what the problem was with my television set. The technician tried to diagnose for what could be the cause ,the first thing the first thing he did he checked the cable connection so that he can be sure that the connection is secure.He also checked the picture settings to know if the pictures were properly adjusted. He also checked if the speakers were turned on or off cause this could be the cause of the tv not having sound.
